Students who add classes after this date will not receive aid for the late added classes. Students who received funding prior to this date and dropped classes may be required to repay based on their current enrollment on this date.|
|Consortium Request||October 14, 2019||March 9, 2020||June 22, 2020||Students who are attending another college within the Los Rios Community College District and want the financial aid office at your home school to consider the other college units for payment must meet the deadline. Reviews after this date will be considered on a case-by case basis.|
|Pell Recalculation Date(PRD)||October 20, 2019||March 15, 2020||June 28, 2020||The amount of your financial aid is based on the number of units in which you are enrolled on this date. You will not receive aid for classes added after this date. Students who received funding prior to this date and dropped classes may be required to repay based on their current enrollment on this date. No adjustments will be made after this date.|
|Submit Loan Request||November 18, 2019||April 20, 2020||July 27, 2020||Students who wish to receive a loan must submit their request by this date. Request received after this date will be considered on a case‐by‐case basis. Failure to meet the deadline may result in denial of a loan.|
|Submit SAP Appeal Form||December 16, 2019||May 18, 2020||August 3, 2020||Students who wish to submit a Financial Aid Appeal due to lack of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) must submit their request by this date. Requests received after this date will be considered on a case-by case basis. Failure to meet deadline will result in denial of appeal.|
|End of the Term File Completion||December 19, 2019||May 20, 2020||August 6, 2020||Students seeking financial aid for the respective semester(s) should submit all requested documents by this date. Failure to complete your financial aid file by this date may forfeit your aid eligibility.|
Note: The last day to submit a 2019-2020 FAFSA to be considered for summer 2020 grants and any retro disbursements (if eligible) is June 30, 2020.
