Electronic Access Request Form

Use off-campus computers to search the password-protected databases, 
check your library record, 
request books from other Los Rios colleges, or use e-reserves. 

If you are a distance student and/or you don't have a library-activated access card, fill in the form below and we will activate and email you your access number. 

Processing is done manually, every 2-3 hours, when the library is open. [See library hours.]
We can not provide service after 2:45 pm Saturday and not at all on Sunday. Requests at those times are handled Monday morning.  Questions, call 916-484-8455.

Once approved, you will be emailed your activated access number. Keep this number in a safe place for re-use. Database and e-reserves privileges continue as long as you are a current student or staff member with the Los Rios District.
