Veterans Services Mission

Our mission is to provide the best possible care to veterans and their dependents in appreciation for their sacrifice and service. The ARC Veterans Services Office acts as the link between students and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our certifying officials understand that the transition from military to college life can be difficult and are committed to assisting students in their pursuit of higher education.

The Veterans Services Office will:

• Provide assistance with the ARC application and registration process.
• Initiate the enrollment process with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Provide assistance with accurate completion of required forms from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Evaluate educational progress as applied towards a degree or certificate program.
• Provide links to additional resources which include: Counseling, Disabled Student Services, the ARC Veterans Club, Financial Aid, tutoring, and helpful websites outside of the ARC campus.
• Evaluate military transcripts and DD form 214s for college credit.
