If you are requesting an Early Out, please submit an application for enrollment at ARC and a verification request or letter indicating the semester in which you plan to attend.
Provide the following in a signed request:
Full name, social security number, date of birth, address, phone number, the semester for which you are applying, and a return address or fax number. Be sure to sign your request.
