Winter/Spring: August 1-31*

* Prospective transfers can inquire about the application filing status of any CSU campus for Winter/Spring admission.

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA

The application for admission and scholarships is accessible via the UC Admissions website:

Application Filing Periods

Fall: November 1-30
Spring/Winter: July 1-31**

** UC Merced only accepts Spring applications. Prospective transfers can inquire about the application filing status of any UC campus for any term other than fall.

PRIVATE/INDEPENDENT COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Many private and independent four-year institutions (both within and outside California) require transfer students to complete their own application or:

Students can access a directory of public universities outside of California.

Students can access computers at the Transfer Center and attend scheduled workshops and laboratories for additional information.
