Reproductive Health

Confidential reproductive health services listed below are available during the Fall & Spring semesters every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., by appointment or walk-in.  Appointments are recommended. Come in to the Health Center or call 484-8383 to schedule an appointment.  No exams, IUC's, or implants are available at the Health Center. See home page for the summer schedule.

• Birth control (pills, patch, nuvarings, depo shots, condoms)
• Pregnancy testing
  • 2 weeks after missed period
  • Urine test only
• Emergency contraception
  • Take within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse
  • Must be 18 years of age
• Rapid HIV testing
  • Finger prick
  • Results in 10 minutes
  • 4 weeks after suspected contact
• Sexually transmitted disease testing for:
  • Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, & Syphilis (Hepatitis A, B, & C, & Herpes testing will be referred to an outside clinic)
  • Urine test (Do not urinate for 1 hour before appointment) or blood draw (Syphilis)
  • Results in 2 weeks
  • 2 weeks after suspected contact

Appointments are booked for 15 minutes but please allow up to 30 minutes.  If you are a first time client, you will be required to complete paperwork that may take up to 15 minutes.  Reproductive health services are free, if you qualify.
