Effective Spring 2018 registration students are encouraged to fill out a 2018-2019 FAFSA as the best means to obtain the California College Promise Grant.
Persons in need of assistance with their financial aid file may request a one-to-one appointment with a financial aid staff member. Students may call the Office or visit the FA Lab to schedule an appointment. If an issue cannot be resolved after an appointment, then a Student Action Request form may be filed for additional review and response within 5 business days. Personal or financial aid information cannot be shared over the phone due to FERPA regulations (see http://www.losrios.edu/general_counsel/ferpa.php).
