Upcoming Events

Below is a summary of events that the ARC EOP&S Program is putting together or a part of with other organizations during the Spring 2013. If you have an idea of an event that would benefit EOP&S students at American River College or elsewhere, please contact us by calling (916)484-8128. This information is also updated monthly, so visit often.

Spring 2013 EOP&S Related/campus events

January 2013
  • EOP&S Spring 2013 Textbook Assistance Vouchers disburement dates January 14th through February 1st.
  • Spring 2013 Classes begin January 22th 2013

February 2013
  • UC Davis Representative visit EOP&S office on February 25th from 9:00am to 11:00am. Make your appointment now.
  • February 3rd - last day to drop a full term class without notation on record.
  • Last day for EOP&S 1st contact is Feb 22nd, 2013 by 5:00pm
  • EOP&S: Educational and Life Success Workshop series TBA
  • CARE: Workshops for February: are available at the EOP&S counter for sign-up.

March 2013
  • Graduation Petition deadline for Spring 2013 is Friday, March 1st 2013, see a counselor now
  •  UC Davis Representative visits EOP&S office on March 18th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Make your appointment now
  • Last Day for EOP&S 2nd contact is Thursday March 28th by 5:00pm
  • CARE: Workshops for March: Are available at the EOP&S counter for sign-up.

April 2013
  • UC Davis Representative visits EOP&S office on April 29th from 9:00am to 11:00am. Make your appointment now
  • Enroll now to participate MSP (Math Success Project) for fall 2013
  • CARE: Workshops for April: Are available at the EOP&S counter for sign-up.
  • EOP&S/CARE "0" Priority Registration for Fall 2013 is is April 22nd through April 26th, 2013. Please check online to fill out supplemental form, and for your enrollment appointment date and time. If your registration appointment is after April 26th, please contact the EOP&S office immediately for assistance to change.
  • EOP&S 3rd Contact for AIM, CARE students, and students who need to develop or update an Educational Plan is on April 1st through April 26th at 5:00p.m by appointment ONLY.

May 2013
  • DROP-IN EOP&S 3rd contact for ALL EOP&S students who are not CARE or AIM starts April 29th through May 10th by 5:00pm
  • EOP&S Workshop Series: TBA
  • EOP&S/CARE petition for Fall 2013 is available at the EOP&S/CARE office and online under program forms as well 
  • UC DAVIS Representative visits EOP&S office on May 20th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Make your appointment now

June 2013
  • EOP&S Fall 2013 announcement for services, deadlines- Counseling, and Tutoring serviceses will be available soon

 

July 2013
