The EOP&S/CARE accepts applications Fall and Spring semester based on available space (contingent upon funding*). Although space is limited, we encourage you to take the following steps to apply to our program:

If you are a new student, you must first apply to American River College by completing an ARC application for admission |

Take the Assessment/Placement Test at ARC AND bring a photocopy of your scores |

Apply for Financial Aid (complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, FAFSA and for the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOGFW) at the ARC Financial Aid Office AND bring a receipt of the BOGFW to the EOP&S office |

Submit transcripts (unofficial acceptable) from ALL colleges (including ARC) |

Complete & submit an EOP&S/CARE application for FALL 2009; click the link below to apply |

If you are accepted into EOP&S, you will receive a letter from our office with instructions. You must enroll in a mandatory Human & Career Development (HCD) 115 course--register for the class at E-services AND be enrolled in at least 12 units for the semester. |
** The EOP&S will not be distributing applications for spring 2010.
