American River College's Disabled Student Programs & Services is specifically designed to open the doors to educational opportunity for students with disabilities.

The Front Desk welcomes you!! We are the initial contact for you within Disabled Student Programs & Services. It is crucial that you visit us prior to contacting any other department on campus.
If you are planning to attend American River College through the Disabled Student Programs & Services, please make sure that you complete the following:
Obtain copies of your medical records to verify your disability.
You may use the Disability Documentation Form to bring to your doctor to complete with information about your disability and return the form to DSPS at your first appointment
Make an appointment with a counselor for initial orientation to discuss:
