	JENNIFER GARCIA Supervisor (Interim) Jennifer Garcia has worked in the Career Center since 1995. She has a BA in social science and a teaching credential. Jennifer is currently the interim supervisor for the Career Center. In her capacity as a Student Personnel Assistant she works closely with students, staff, faculty, and administrators. She is responsible for marketing the Career Center, presenting class orientations and workshops, and meets with students individually to critique their resumes.
	EVA BELL Student Personnel Assistant Eva Bell has been working at American River College as a Student Personnel Assistant since 1990. She brings years of management experience from private industry, with a BA in Human Resources. She has worked closely with employers and within the community for several years. Working in the Career Center, Eva now dedicates herself to bringing employers to our student population in an effort to enhance career opportunities.
	JOY BALDWIN Student Personnel Assistant Joy Baldwin has been with the Los Rios Community College District since 2005. Joy comes to us from Folsom Lake College, where she focused on student retention, assessment/orientation, and outreach/recruitment. She completed her general education at Cabrillo College in Aptos and received her BA in psychology from CSU,Chico.
	JANICE KLAR Career Counselor Janice Klar has worked in the Career Center at ARC since 2005. She has a master’s degree in career counseling and over 10 years of experience as a career counselor, college instructor, workshop presenter, and group facilitator. Janice is committed to assisting students in finding the right career, one that fulfills their passion and supports their earning potential.
	CONNIE AYALA Work Experience Coordinator Connie Ayala is the Coordinator for the Cooperative Work Experience Education and Internship Program at American River College. With a master’s degree in career counseling, she is a strong advocate for career exploration through experiential learning. Connie is happy to partner with you in developing internship opportunities.
	VICKI SHERMAN Receptionist Vicki Sherman has been with American River College since 2000. She has held several positions within student services and has worked for a period of time supporting the instructional side of the college. Vicki is dedicated to the success of our students and is always willing to go the extra step in providing students with resources and information.
