American River College (ARC) is changing its method for placing students in the English and mathematics course sequences to use more high school record information.
If you graduated from a US high school within the last ten (10) years, but you did not report your high school information on your college application, you have the option of having your placement re-evaluated. To receive your course placements in English and math, bring your high school transcripts to ARC Assessment Center and complete the short Placement Re-Evaluation Petition (PREP). This form is available for download by clicking the button below.
NOTE: The form must be signed and submitted to the Assessment Center, please follow the submission instructions on the cover page of this form. Be sure to submit all pages including the cover page with the instructions.
