AGENCY SPONSORED STUDENTS--
If you are being sponsored by an agency to attend the training, then the following steps must be followed.
STEP 1: Training Coordinator or an agency representative that has authority to sign up employees and authorize payment for the training, need to call SRPSTC's main office at (916) 570-5000. Please have the following information readily available for staff:
a) Name and dates of the training course(s). Staff will check space availability.
b) Employee's full name, employee's email and mailing address, and employee's POST ID number, DOB, or last four of SS #.
c) Agency name, billing address, phone contact numbers, and contact representative's name, phone number, and email address.
STEP 2: Everyone signed up for our training must be admitted into American River College and be current students.
a) Students, please use the following link to apply for admission: http://www.nationalappcenter.com/Applications/Los_Rios_CCD/apply.html. After you click on submit, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm you filled out the application and the second email will contain your Los Rios Permanent Student Identification Number (SID#).
b) Contact us at (916) 570-5000 with your SID# prior to the first day of class.
PRIVATE STUDENTS--
If you are signing yourself up for course(s) (paying for the course yourself; not agency sponsored), then the following steps must be followed.
STEP 1: Click and print out the Course Reservation and Payment form, fill it out completely, and call (916) 570-5000 to verify if there is space in the course(s). Once space availability is verified, please fax the form in with payment information (located at the bottom of the form). We cannot put you in the class without payment. Please review the course flyer to ensure you meet all the Course Prerequisites.
