American River College's Natomas Center offers a variety of student resources.

The Natomas Center Bookstore is a temporary annex providing textbook sales for the Natomas Center classes. The Natomas Center Bookstore hours for Spring 2019 are:
- Tuesday, Jan. 22, 9:30am-1:30pm and 3:00-8:00pm
- Wednesday, Jan. 23, 9:30am-12:30pm and 2:00-8:00pm
- Thursday, Jan. 24, 3:30-8:00pm
- Friday, Jan. 25, 12:00noon-4:00pm
- Monday, Jan. 28, 9:30am-12:45pm and 3:30-8pm
Payment accepted: Personal checks (with picture ID & student ID number), VISA, MasterCard, For payments by cash, exact change strongly recommended--the bookstore does not keep cash on hand and cannot make change.
Book returns are only processed at the main campus bookstore.
Popular versions of the scrantron, blue books and number 2 pencils can be purchased in the Natomas Center vending machine next to the faculty workroom.

California Early College Academy
California Early College Academy (CECA) is a partnership between Inderkum High School and American River College (ARC). High school students will be concurrently enrolled at Inderkum High School while taking college courses offered through American River College - Natomas Center. Students who participate in CECA will have the ability to prepare for post-secondary options in an academy format that maintains the high academic standards for graduation from high school with college credits. The Natomas Center offers Counseling Services for the following:

- Career Counseling
- Personal Counseling
We encourage students to see a counselor at least once a semester. Counseling is available by appointment, during most weekdays. To schedule an appointment, stop by the Natomas Center front desk or call 916-485-6000.
Important: Drop-in counseling is provided during the first week of school. Students must be present and added to the list. It is a first-come, first-served process. If the counselor calls your name and you are not present, your name will be deleted from the list.
The Natomas Center Financial Aid Office Hours for Spring 2019 are as follows:
- Monday, 9am-5pm
- Tuesday, 10:30am-7pm
- Wednesday, 9am-5pm
- Thursday, 10:30am-7pm
- Friday -- Closed
Schedule is subject to change without notice. Before making a special trip to the Center for financial aid, please call the office at 916-485-6000 to verify the hours.
Please note that financial aid is handled in accordance with federal and state regulations, and rules are not set by the college. Funds are distributed to students who have documented financial need determined by the total resources available to them. For more information, visit the ARC Financial Aid website.
There are no food services at the Natomas Center. There are vending machines for both snacks and drinks. In addition, many local restaurants and fast food locations are available nearby.
Los Rios Police Department
American River College provides police and/or security coverage for the Natomas Center when classes are in session. If an officer is not in the police office, please contact the Natomas Center main office at 916-485-6000 for assistance. General information is available on the Los Rios Police Department website.
You can start the new student online orientation 24 hours after you get your student ID number. After you finish orientation, we will email you a certificate of completion. Save or print this certificate for your records.

The purpose of orientation is to provide detailed information regarding academic support programs and services which are designed to assist and navigate the ARC student successfully through the college environment.
U.S. State Exams
The Center offers the U.S. Constitution Exam & U.S. Government Exam. Please call (916) 485-6000 for our current testing schedule and to make an appointment for testing. The fee for each exam is $41; cash or money order only. Make money order payable to American River College Community Education. Fee includes scantron & pencil. Photo ID is also required. You will need to purchase a parking permit for $2. You will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee if you cannot make your appointment time and fail to notify us. Notification must be given 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
