Title:  Semiconductors and Nanotechnology    

 

Description:  This course is a detailed study of semiconductor devices and their applications. Semiconductor components - such as diodes, transistors, op-amps, including their use in complex circuits - are covered. Nanotechnology theory and devices, including their present and possible future applications, are studied. Field trips may be required.
