CDCI Mission

The Community and Diversity Center Initiative will assure ARC students, staff, and faculty have, and use, the resources necessary to make ARC:

• A center of cross-cultural understanding, awareness, and responsiveness;
• A center of acceptance of diversity and inclusion that understands the social inequalities in our society that has created historically under-represented, marginalized and targeted groups; and
• A center of open, responsible, and respectful dialogue and exchange of ideas.
