Web Site and Archives Subcommittee
Created by Resolution 2010.01, adopted October 14, 2010
1. Maintain the official ARC Academic Senate website
2. Develop processes for digitizing, organizing and storing documents
3. Digitize, organize and store documents on an on-going basis as needed
4. Develop a system for backing-up all digital files
5. Back-up digital files on a regular basis
The Subcommittee shall consist of a minimum of three faculty who shall serve a term of one year. The Chair of the Subcommittee shall be an Academic Senator.
Members of the Subcommittee will be appointed or reappointed by the Academic Senate President no later than October 1 of the academic year.
