Open sections for summer include:
LA 300:  Introduction to Law and the American Legal System (10631) meeting on TTh from 6:00-9:05pm.  This class meets from 6/12/2017 -8/03/2017.

LA 322: Advanced Legal Research and Writing (12346) a hybrid section meeting on Saturday from 9:00-12:30pm and online. This class meets from 6/12/2017 -8/03/2017.

Open sections for fall include:

LA 300: Introduction to Law and the American Legal System Evenings: 10099 (meeting M at 7:00pm)  

LA 312: Torts and Personal Injury Afternoons: 13062 (meeting W at 3:00pm)  

LA 320: Legal Research Evenings: 11929 (meeting W at 7:00pm)  

LA 321: Legal Writing Afternoons: 13065 (meeting Th at 3:00pm)  

LA 362: Estate Planning and Probate Procedure Evenings: 20026 (meeting T at 7:00pm)  


Associate of Arts in Legal Assisting Degree

*18 units of ABA Breadth Requirements which must include one of: Courses from at least three different areas of Areas 1-5B if the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC), excluding performance courses, activity courses, administration of justice courses, and the lab component of science courses.

The units applied to this requirement can also be used to meet the regular ARC General Education and Competency requirements where applicable.

*30 units of Legal Assisting courses required for major

*Students must also fulfill ARC General Education & Competency requirements

Legal Assisting Certificate (for those already in possession of an AA, AAT or higher from a regionally accredited institution)
